How to apply:

 

All applications must be submitted through the Electronic Resident Application Service (ERAS). Our NRMP Program Code is 1295300C0.

All applications must include:
1. Three professional letters of reference
2. A personal statement detailing interests in pathology and career plans
3. Documentation of USMLE examination results
4. Certified transcript of medical school
 
Applications for consideration for the following calendar year are accepted until December 1. Candidates must be graduates of approved medical schools in the United States or Canada or from recognized international medical schools. Applicants from approved international medical schools must possess a current valid ECFMG certificate and qualify for licensure in the state of Michigan. We DO NOT sponsor H-Visas. All international medical students will be sponsored as J-1. Completed applications are reviewed regularly by the Residency Committee from September through November. Selected candidates will be invited for virtual interview & tour.  Interviews are held October through December.

 

To be competitive, applicants are encouraged to apply early. The Review Committee will review applications starting on September 27th and begin reaching out to applicants for interview.
