Graduate Program

PhD program in Molecular and Cellular Pathobiology

The PhD in Molecular and Cellular Pathobiology (MCP) is a challenging research-intensive graduate program focused on exploring molecular mechanisms of human disease. The program is designed to train students for independent research careers in academia or industry and is generally 4-5 years in length. The breadth of departmental activities, from clinical medicine to basic research, is one of our department's unique strengths. Our particular strengths are in the areas of cancer and metabolic disease.
