Biography
I have been with the Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office for over 25 years and have performed over 10,000 postmortem examinations and have testified over 450 times in criminal court cases in Michigan. It is an honor to spend my entire career serving the population of Wayne County. My area of interest is education and I am the director of our office's educational program that includes our fellowship in forensic pathology. Everything is a teachable moment and I am very proud of our educators, resources, and curriculum. Our partnership with Wayne State University has brought exciting educational opportunities that strengthen our program and provide vital information to other disciplines to better serve Wayne County while creating future leaders in forensic pathology.
